Travel through time on your globe — navigate between past memories and future trips using the timeline wheel.

The timeline is the horizontal wheel at the top of the screen. It connects all your memories and trips in chronological order.
How the timeline works
- The date indicator (centre-top) shows the currently selected date
- PRESENTE marks today — the globe always opens here
- Drag the timeline left to go into the past
- Drag the timeline right to go into the future

Navigating to a memory
When you drag to a date where you have memories, the globe automatically rotates to show those memory pins. The countries visited at that time remain highlighted.
Navigating to a trip
When you drag to a date within a future trip, the Trip Planner opens automatically for that trip — showing the schedule for the specific day you selected. This lets you quickly review what you planned for any date.
The "Last Memory" and "Next Trip" shortcuts
At the top of the screen you'll find two quick-navigation buttons:
- Last memory — jumps the timeline to your most recent memory
- Next trip — jumps to the start date of your next planned trip
These buttons disappear when the Trip Planner is open.
💡 Drag slowly through a year to see all your memories appear and disappear on the globe — it's a great way to relive a year of travel.
Frequently asked questions
How far back does the timeline go?
The timeline covers the date range of your earliest memory to the date of your farthest future trip. It automatically extends as you add older memories or plan further ahead.
What does 'PRESENTE' mean on the timeline?
PRESENTE (Present) marks today's date on the timeline. The globe always opens at the present by default.
Can I jump to a specific year quickly?
Yes. Click the date indicator at the top of the globe (showing the current date) to open a date picker where you can jump to any year or month directly.
What happens when I drag the timeline to a future date with a trip?
The Trip Planner opens automatically for that trip, showing the schedule for the day you landed on.
